Cape Fear River - Saltwater Fishing Report

Summer time heat is here,I have noticed the Red Drum bite has slowed down just a little,but we are beginning to catch a few speckle trout on our charters,flounders are still being caught in the inlet's and creeks behind Bald Head Island.

Carolina rigs baited with live finger mullet are still producing fish.

Cape Fear River Fishing Forecast:

Flounder and speckle trout fishing will improve over the next month.
